Winter Camping Nova Scotia started as a Facebook group in early January 2021 as a way to bring together a small group of people in Nova Scotia who enjoy the seasonal activity.
Within weeks the group grew to become a strong and helpful community where people could share experiences, guidance and good times. Group trips became a monthly occurrence. These trips saw experienced winter campers as well as some new to the activity. Each trip, a fantastic experience, showcasing the very few all season campgrounds in the province and creating new friendships.
